Operations Support Procedures

  • Implement, review and coordinate RFP with approved contractors (cleaning crews, disposal facilities, hauling transporters, etc…). Compile all rates for presentation to client for decision of 1st-3rd calls

  • JM2S will contact contractors from client approved list or our recommended contractor list to schedule and oversee project to completion.

  • Our team will review, audit and provide resolution on all contractor invoices. All project invoices will be presented simultaneously for approval at end of project. (this service alone has shown up to 30% savings).

  • Establish waste characterization profiles with approved, compliant waste facilities, as well as set-up waste testing when required.

  • Consists of Contractors fully vetted, proven and highly recommended by JM2S for efficiency, competitive rates, transparent billing and integrity.

  • We work with Clients safety programs to formulate their contractor expectations and audit/review accordingly per project.
